- Quarterly inspection: Hydraulic oil quality, seals, bearing lubrication, PLC backup
- Annual inspection: Crack detection in main structure, complete hydraulic system overhaul
Container Tilter Workflow
- 1. Transportation truck/forklift positions container at workstation.
- 2. Operator confirms safety zone and initiates clamping; fixture lock is confirmed to allow movement.
- 3. PLC initiates tilt at set angle and speed, stops at set angle and holds (can be timed or manual) to complete unloading.
- 4. When finished, the PLC controls the return position and releases the fixture for the next cycle.
How to Choose a Suitable Container Tilter
- 1. Maximum container size (20 / 40 / 40HC)
- 2. Rated load (t)
- 3. Required tilt angle (30 / 35 / 40 / 45°)
- 4. Power specifications (V / Hz)
- 5. Site constraints (available length / access width / lifting conditions)
- 6. Whether explosion-proof / corrosion-resistant / installation service / site commissioning is required
