Container Tilter Workflow
- 1. Loading alignment: empty containers are transported into the tilting machine station by transportation vehicles.
- 2. Lock detection: The operator operates the equipment to make the twist lock on the tilting frame fall down and lock the bottom corner pieces of the container. The sensor detects the locking in place signal.
- 3. Tipping Preparation: The operator selects the tipping mode in the control panel and presses the start button.
- 4. Automatic turning: the hydraulic system drives the turning frame to rotate.
- 5. Loading or unloading
- 6. Reset: When finished, the unit reverses to restore the container to the 0° initial position.
- 7. Unlocking: the twist lock is raised to unlock the container, which is moved out of the work station by the transportation vehicle.
